INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE:

Body scrub: Massage the body scrub onto damp skin with circular motions and rinse with water. We recommend using the scrub once or twice a week.

Body oil: Massage the oil onto dry or damp skin, spreading evenly. To relieve tension, gently tap the oil onto the temples and nose area.
