Delivery Policy
The typical delivery time for products is 3–6 business days, and products are shipped directly from the manufacturers’ warehouses to the pickup point nearest to your home address. If your nearest pickup point is located more than 5 km away, the order will be delivered to your doorstep.
We only sell products from high-quality European brands, which means that all products are also shipped from within Europe. The products we sell therefore comply with EU standards.
All our products are shipped directly from the manufacturers’ warehouses located in Northern Europe.
Order processing time is 1–2 business days, and the total delivery time is usually 3–6 business days.
Because products are shipped from different manufacturers’ warehouses, your order may be delivered in multiple shipments if you order products from different brands at the same time.
Customers are always provided with a tracking number (usually DPD, PostNord, or Posti) so they can follow the progress of their order. If for any reason you do not receive a tracking number, please contact our customer service at info@naiselle.fi.
Shipping costs are always only €4.90 per order for orders in Finland and 9,90€ outside of Finland, and shipping is free for orders over €75 in Finland or over €100 elsewhere in Europe.
Some products may be handmade to order, in which case the delivery time will be longer. In these cases, the longer delivery time is stated in the product details.
