Return policy

You can return the products to us under the following conditions:

• The product must be returned within 14 days of receipt (custom products may have a longer return period).

• The product must be unused, undamaged and include all original labels.
  

Right of exchange

If you want to order a product in a different size or otherwise exchange the product for another, return your order and place a new order for a different product.

Returns within the EU

Please contact us by email at info@naiselle.fi and we will send you a return label or more detailed instructions. In your message, please include your order number and the product you want to return.
